1. 配送地區 : 我們目前提供全香港的配送服務。國際配送僅限於特定國家，如有外國顧客有特別需要，詳情請聯繫客服。

2. 運費 : 訂單滿HK$600可享受免費配送。低於此額度的訂單將收取運費HK$60。

3. 配送時間 ： 

• 標準配送：訂單確認後，最快3個工作日內出貨。（如有遇有特別情況會個別通知。）
• 快速配送：需額外加收運費，詳情請聯繫客服。

4. 訂單處理 ： 我們的訂單處理時間為3個工作日，週末及國定假日不發貨。

5. 配送公司 ： 我們使用順豐到付進行配送。客戶將收到追蹤號碼以便查詢貨物狀態。

6. 損壞與遺失 ： 若您在收貨時發現包裹損壞或物品遺失，請於收到後1天內與我們聯繫。我們將全力協助處理。

Shipping Terms

Welcome to remonjp. Below are our shipping terms to help you understand our delivery policies and procedures:

1. Delivery Areas: We currently offer delivery services throughout Hong Kong. International delivery is limited to specific countries. For special requests from overseas customers, please contact our customer service for details.

2. Shipping Fees: Orders over HK$600 qualify for free shipping. Orders below this amount will incur a shipping fee of HK$60.

3. Delivery Time:

• Standard Delivery: Orders will be shipped as quickly as within 3 working days after confirmation. (In case of special circumstances, we will notify individually.)
• Express Delivery: Additional shipping fees are required. Please contact customer service for details.

4. Order Processing: Our order processing time is 3 working days. We do not ship on weekends and public holidays.

5. Shipping Company: We use SF Express for cash-on-delivery service. Customers will receive a tracking number to check the status of their shipment.

6. Damage and Loss: If you find the package damaged or any items missing upon receipt, please contact us within 1 day. We will fully assist in resolving the issue.
